DELL'ARTE CRISTIANA
Carissimi fratelli e sorelle in Gesù Cristo, Figlio di Dio incarnato morto e risorto per la nostra salvezza, è giunta l’ora, dopo duemila anni, di proclamare chiaramente la singolarità e universalità dell’Arte Cristiana che, pur avendo molto in comune con tutto ciò che si può chiamare Arte, ha delle caratteristiche spirituali specifiche unite ad infinite e diversificate possibilità tecniche ed espressive.
L’Arte Cristiana non è uno stile ma rappresenta il molteplice processo attuativo dell’amore di Dio nel mondo, è comunione e corrispondenza con Gesù in quanto Parola del Dio vivente.
Nel tempo varie sono state le definizioni del concetto di Arte, si possono riassumere sinteticamente nella seguente :
“ L'Arte è una attività-olistica costituita da una attività-teorica fondata sull'intuizione che determina una attività-pratica in cui il valore dell'opera realizzata risulta individuato dal suo significato etico, estetico e spirituale “.
Carissimi Artisti Cristiani con la venuta di Gesù è iniziato il tempo escatologico ! Tutta la vita e l’arte è proiettata nel comunicare il progetto di amore della Santissima Trinità , in cui Padre Figlio e Spirito Santo operano nel mondo per la salvezza di ognuno di noi .
L’Arte Cristiana è escatologica , ovvero tende ad un fine che è la nuova vita annunziata e realizzata da Cristo e descritta nei Vangeli, svolgendo una azione creativa, redentiva e santificante che rende visibili ed attuali tutte quelle forze positive della vita e dell’amore .
In tal senso l’Arte Cristiana attua un processo di incarnazione dello Spirito di Dio nella natura e lo rende visibile e comprensibile, cioè l’Arte Cristiana aggiunge all’opera d’arte un significato trascendente che trasfigura le materie e le forme del nostro mondo per presentarci e comunicarci la bellezza dell’integrità di spirito e materia in Dio.
Cristo è la visibile “immagine del Dio invisibile” (Col. 1,15), da cui consegue che l’Arte Cristiana dovrà necessariamente essere il riflesso della realtà di Dio, epifania della Bellezza dell'Amore della SS. Trinità. Gesù disse: “ Beati i puri di cuore perché vedranno Dio ! “ (Mt. 5,8).
La professione di fede dell'Artista Cristiano (Simbolo degli Apostoli):
“ Io credo in Dio, Padre onnipotente, Creatore del cielo e della terra. E in Gesù Cristo, suo unico Figlio, nostro Signore, il quale fu concepito di Spirito Santo, nacque da Maria Vergine, patì sotto Ponzio Pilato, fu crocifisso, morì e fu sepolto; discese agli inferi; il terzo giorno risuscitò da morte; salì al cielo, siede alla destra di Dio Padre onnipotente: di là verràa giudicare i vivi e i morti. Credo nello Spirito Santo, la Santa Chiesa Cattolica, la comunione dei santi, la remissione dei peccati, la risurrezione della carne, la vita eterna. Amen ".
L’Arte Cristiana si può così riassumere:
1- L’Arte Cristiana è ispirata dalla SS. Trinità : Padre, Figlio e Spirito Santo ;
2- L’Arte Cristiana è l’Arte di Gesù Cristo Figlio di Dio, incarnato morto e risorto per la nostra salvezza ;
3- L’Arte Cristiana è amore verso Dio e verso il prossimo ;
4- La Vita di Gesù è il “modello archetipo” dell’opera d’Arte Cristiana ;
5- Maria è l’opera d’arte di Dio e “modello sublime” dell’Arte Cristiana ;
6- Nell’Arte Cristiana il Bello, il Buono e il Vero coincidono ;
7- L’Arte Cristiana è in divenire ed escatologica, caratterizzata da un dinamismo di creazione, redenzione e santificazione ;
8- L’Arte Cristiana è sempre comunicazione libera, personale ed universale ;
9- L’Opera d’Arte Cristiana è sempre intrisa di Fede, Speranza e Carità ;
10- L’Arte Cristiana è illuminata dallo Spirito Santo e le Sacre Scritture ;
11- L’Arte Cristiana è umile servizio e apostolato creativo nella Volontà del Padre ;
12- L’Arte Cristiana è comunione e partecipazione nella SS. Trinità.
In sintesi l’Artista Cristiano si può così definire :
“ L’Artista Cristiano è l’Artista che personalmente ispirato dallo Spirito Santo guarda come modello l’incarnazione passione morte e risurrezione di Gesù Cristo Figlio di Dio, attuando e comunicando con libertà e bellezza la volontà creativa e salvifica del Padre per la salvezza di tutti noi, il tutto nell’amore e in comunione con la SS. Trinità. “
La preghiera dell’Artista Cristiano (insegnata da Gesù) :
“ Padre nostro, che sei nei cieli, sia santificato il tuo nome, venga il tuo regno, sia fatta la tua volontà, come in cielo così in terra. Dacci oggi il nostro pane quotidiano, e rimetti a noi i nostri debiti come noi li rimettiamo ai nostri debitori, e non ci indurre in tentazione, ma liberaci dal male. Amen "
Gesù Cristo disse: "...Vi do un comandamento nuovo: che vi amiate gli uni gli altri ; come io vi ho amato, così amatevi anche voi gli uni gli altri. Da questo tutti sapranno che siete miei discepoli, se avrete amore gli uni per gli altri..." (Gv. 13,34/35 ).
Carissimi Artisti Cristiani, fratelli e sorelle in Cristo, cantiamo con gioia pace e serenità le lodi al Signore , esprimiamo con la nostra Arte Cristiana tutto l’amore e la realtà di Dio, facciamo della nostra vita e delle nostre azioni e creazioni un’Opera d’Arte Cristiana in grado di comunicare e testimoniare a tutti la bellezza dell’Amore della Santissima Trinità, un Amore incondizionato che è reciproco dono di sé e quindi totale comunione !
Gloria al Padre e al Figlio e allo Spirito Santo. Come era nel principio, e ora e sempre nei secoli dei secoli, amen. Sia benedetta la Santissima Trinità !!!

OF THE CRISTIAN ART
Dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ, Son of God incarnated, died and revived for our salvation, is reached the hour, after two thousand years, of to proclaim clearly the singularity and universality of the Christian Art that, also having a lot in common with all that can be called Art, it has specific spiritual characteristics joined to infinite and diversified technical and expressive possibilities.
The Christian Art is not a style but it represents the multiple implementing process of the love of God in the world, is communion and correspondence with Jesus as Word of the Living God.
Trough time have been various definitions of the concept of Art,that can be reassumed synthetically in following:
“The Art is an olystic-activity constituted from one theoretical-activity founded on the intuition that determines a practical-activity in which the value of the realized work results characterized from its ethical, aesthetic and spiritual meant “.
Dear Christian Artists with the come of Jesus is initiate the eschatological time! All the life and the art is projected in communicating the plan of love of the Most Holy Trinity, in which Father Son and Holy Spirit operate in the world for the salvation of everyone.
The Christian Art is eschatological, that is stretches to a aim that is the new life announced and realized from Christ and described in Gospels, carrying out a creative, redemptive and sanctificante action that renders visible and puts into effect all those positive forces of the life and the love.
In such sense the Christian Art puts into effect a process of incarnation of the Spirit of God in the nature and renders it visible and comprehensible, that is the Christian Art adds to the work of art a transcendent meant that transfigure the matters and the shapes of our world in order to introduce us and to communicate the beauty of integrity of spirit and matter in God.
Christ is the visible “image of the invisible God” (Col. 1,15), from which he achieves that the Christian Art will have necessarily to be the glare of the reality of God, epiphany of the Beauty of the Love of the Most Holy Trinity. Jesus said: “Blessed souls the pures in heart because they will see God! “(Mt. 5,8).
The profession of faith of the Christian Artist (Symbol of the Apostles):
“I believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into the hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty: from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.”.
The Christian Art can therefore be reassumed:
1 - The Christian Art is inspired from the Most Holy Trinity : Father, Son and Holy Spirit;
2 - The Christian Art is the Art of Jesus Christ Son of God, incarnated died and revived for our salvation;
3 - The Christian Art is love towards God and the neighbour;
4 - The Life of Jesus is the “archetype model” of the work of Christian Art;
5 - Mary is the work of art of God and “sublime model” of the Christian Art;
6 - In the Christian Art the Beautiful, the Good and the True coincides;
7 - The Christian Art is in becoming and eschatological, characterized from a dynamism of creation, redemption and sanctification;
8 - The Christian Art is always free, personal and universal communication;
9 - The Work of Christian Art is always composed from Faith, Hope and Charity;
10 - The Christian Art is illuminated from the Holy Spirit and the Sacred Writings;
11 - The Christian Art is humble service and creative apostolate in the Will of the Father;
12 - The Christian Art is communion and participation in the Most Holy Trinity.
In synthesis the Christian Artist can therefore define:
“The Christian Artist is the Artist who personally inspired from the Holy Spirit watches like model the incarnation, passion, dead and resurrection of Jesus Christ Son of God, putting into effect and communicating with freedom and beauty the creative Father will for the salvation of all we, all in the love and communion with the Most Holy Trinity. “
The prayer of the Christian Artist (taught from Jesus):
“ Our Father who are in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on heart as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. ”
Jesus Christ said: "...A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another..." ( Gospel of John , 13 - 34/35 )
Dear Christian Artists, brothers and sisters in Christ, we sing with joy, peace and serenity the praises to the Lord, we express with our Christian Art all the love and the reality of God, make of our life and our actions and creations a Work of Christian Art in a position to communicating and testifying to all the beauty of the Love of the Most Holy Trinity, an unconditioned Love that is mutual gift of himself and therefore total communion!
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. The Most Holy Trinity is blessed!!!
